A calling, not a career change
Real estate has been part of my life since I was a kid. My father was a real estate appraiser for 40 years, and some of my earliest memories are riding along with him on appointments walking through homes, taking in the architecture, the craftsmanship, the details that make a house actually feel like something. Three of the most important men in my life were in this business, and that shaped how I see it.
When the time came to choose a career, real estate was not a pivot. It was a calling. I wanted to serve my community and help people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with someone they could genuinely trust.
Six years and 160+ families later, that is still exactly what gets me out of bed.
Today I specialize in helping Knoxville-area homeowners transition from a property that no longer fits into the right next home through one coordinated selling, buying, and moving strategy. I call it the Knoxville Right-Size Plan. It blends my local insight, data-driven strategies, aggressive but tasteful negotiating, creative targeted marketing, and authentic storytelling.
I also help families relocate to Knoxville from across the United States. Moving to an unfamiliar area is one of the most stressful things a family can do, and that is where I come in.
